Justin Douglas
Justin Douglas has spent more than 25 years producing and engineering records across a wide range of genres and formats. His work encompasses thousands of recordings, including multi-platinum and Grammy-winning albums and feature film projects, while also developing community-based initiatives focused on expanding access to professional recording opportunities for historically underserved communities.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Justin has collaborated with some of the most acclaimed producers and artists in contemporary music. His approach is both big-picture and detail-oriented, guided first and foremost by what best serves the song.
Barring any allergies, there’s a decent chance his two furry interns, Penny and Nola, will be on the session with you.
Norrie Swofford
Norrie Swofford is an engineer, producer, and sound designer with over a decade of experience.
A touring member of Dayglow for five years, he handled sound design and performed live, contributing to the band’s dynamic stage presence. Norrie has also worked with artists like Harlem (Matador Records) and Nolan Potter’s Nightmare Band (Castle Face Records).
His work spans both analog and digital recording, focusing on delivering high-quality productions and ensuring every session exceeds expectations.
Roky Moon
Warner Music Group and BMG recording artist Roky Moon is a 20 year music veteran.
As an engineer and producer, Moon has most recently worked with major label recording artists like Zach Blair (Rise Against), Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears, Kyle Shutt (The Sword), Mike Wiebe (Riverboat Gamblers) as well as providing mixing and sound design for commercials and films featured on networks such as AMC+.
